 UK & NORTHERN IRELAND SHIPPING

We offer a flat shipping rate of £4.50 for standard second class postage.

 

Orders are shipped 1-3 working days after your order is placed.

 

Wax melts can be posted in smaller boxes with a shipping rate of £2.00 (Please note if your order comprises more than 4 bags of wax melts they may need to be posted as a parcel and will therefore incur a shipping rate of £4.50).

 

You will receive a dispatch confirmation email once your order leaves our studio.

 

Please do get in touch if you require any products more urgently and we will do our best to accommodate you.

We will be happy to refund any item you are not completely happy with. Simply email us at info@wickandfern.co.uk within 14 days of receipt of your purchase, and we will respond promptly.  Refunds will be credited to your account via your original payment method, once we have received your returned product in its original condition and packaging, unused and in a saleable condition.  We recommend using a tracked postal service to ensure your item is safely returned to us.

 

We, sadly, cannot refund or replace candles that have been used.

 

Please be aware that it is the buyer’s responsibility to pay for the delivery cost on all returned items and shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

We cannot offer refunds or returns on any products purchased more than 14 days after receipt.

 

Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
